When you play Medium Assualt Infiltrator in the Termination Scenario, can you still look through your deck for an implant and if you can would this effect the turn the Skynet player started on? Can you have extra Resistance Main characters in the Resistance deck and if so how do you play them? I can't seem to find anything about this in the rulebook. 1) There is a difference between beginning in play and entering play, so the answer is no, since the MAI begins in play and is does not enter play. MAI is nasty already, though this kind of makes LAI too expensive. 2) You can have Resistance Main Characters in your deck, and they can come into play via the Resistance Private's text effect. You can also bring Privates into play via Construction Site and Firebase Delta. By the Way, where did the images come from for Terminator CCG, I know some are out of the film itself of course. However, others such as the retractable claws I've never seen before. They were rendered by the people making the card game, and are not source images.

Hehe, all answers in the post above mine. I didn't see it until I replied, but those are perfect. Nothing for me to say here.

I was wondering about the whole production thing. I think I will let Drones accumulate tokens at sites. I have two boxes of cards and have only 3 Construction drones.
Glad to see so much great discussion here. Pretty cool.
See ya, Duncan

Infiltration ratings really didn't do much of anything that interesting, either. I would really have liked to have that redone, but anything we came up with became too complicated. I had some fun ideas about using it in the Future scenarios, but it all got scrapped.

I haven't tried making a Future War deck yet.
It sounds like I'm doing okay for drones though. I've only got 2 boxes so far and I've got 4 Construction and 4 advanced construction drones.
I Think I'll have a look at making some multiplayer decks.

Has anyone tried AvPvTerminator games? I've brought up a few I've played, but most of them are tons of fun. Heck, just using past locations for normal AvP games are a fantastic change of pace. Terminators and Predators go together really well, but Terminator vs. Aliens can be downright brutal. All those acid splashes destroying your implants...rough stuff.
Jeeze, I just realized something else! Aside from losing all of my scanned terminator cards from the old site, I think I lost my rules and scenario files, too! Bugger...

Jeeze, I just realized something else! Aside from losing all of my scanned terminator cards from the old site, I think I lost my rules and scenario files, too! Bugger... I copied all the AvP and Term rules and scenarios, so let me know if you need them. I have pitted the starter decks against each other, lots of fun. Favorite match was an Infiltrator and his lackeys swarmed in the sewers, but the Aliens were not grouped enough to really damage the Terminator and the Terminator's accuracy was not ideal. The Aliens started to recoup their losses via the lackeys. The game ended with the damaged Terminator, having lost its infiltration, managing to snipe Sarah for the win the turn before the Aliens overwhelmed him. Also, did a full scale Pandora ( ) game once. Solo Pred got nuked by the first Smartgun (lucky six), Rogues and Corporate pretty much wiped each other out by the accidental death of a Corporate equipped with an Iridium Power Cell, Pred pack finished off the Rogues and then were eaten alive by the Terminators (Heavy combat and normal Infiltrators, armed with Claws and 40 watts). Aliens killled the Marines, Newborn killed the Aliens, and then Newborn took out out the Terminators in a long, drawn out fight (The Term deck focused on building Terms, and lacked good accuracy events, so they could not hit the Newborn - even one +2 to hit or an Aerial HK would have won it for them).

So, took the advice I've got from here and re-designed my deck from Importance Win to Terminator Killer. I managed to takedown the Terminator several times,Yeah!!
My brother has re-designed the Skynet deck and the Medium Light Infiltrator now has 9 Power and and 3 Armour.
What do I do now?!?!? any suggestions?
I've also got a rules query -
If a card such as Manhole is played that mentions being adjacent to certain locations, does this mean your opponents locations of that type as well?
Thanks

Jace,
Glad to hear the suggestions helped. If the Terminator is tougher, try doing a speed Importance win. Safehouse, A New Beginning, Scatter, etc. Spread out your 3 Resistance main characters and rescue folks all over the place. Ignore combat where possible and use events that keep you moving.
Try that next.
Thanks, Duncan

My strat for squashing terminators is using a 20-watt phased plasma rifle, via Gruesome Transport. Its worked good for me. Use rare Reese and a Leader. Play defensive events, like Stay Frosty, and toss Composite Body Armor and a tactical helm on Reese. Try to pick your fights. On your Feet, Soldier is your friend.
