Disembowel's last line is "Can not be used with free attacks".
The card that enables Disembowel is Anticipation/Guns and Roses.

Somehow managed to miss that even though I looked at it about seven times while writing those replies...

Yeah, sorry. It got back-burnered, then back-back-burnered. I still plan to release a finalized version (although likely without the degree of playtesting this set really needs).
I need to do a final proof going over every card and I dread it. lol. I changed my mind on a minor part of templating about half-way through and need to make some very minor editorial changes to a lot of cards.
Release plan is a zip of the proofed card images.

The editorial process is underway. I'm about to start a new project, but I've made finishing the edits a priority. I've gone through the entire set and noted any errors, and have corrected about 25% so far. There are actually a lot of edits to make. Inverted "a"s, mismatched fonts, and a couple template glitches. I should have the full archive with final images up in a day or three.
Afterwards, I'll announce my next battlegrounds CCG project - with a twist.

So, my question: In the films, it's not uncommon for (usually Terminators) to make use of the Outside Ride trope: hanging on to a moving vehicle and trying to kill the passengers. Are there specific rules for this, or is this a card effect, or is this not implemented? I ask because I've been rereading the T2 Trilogy, and one of the modifications Serena made to her homemade Terminators was titanium claws on their fingertips to make doing this easier. I'm thinking that could be an implant, but not sure how it would work mechanically.

Perhaps destroy additional hull or slow it down per the added weight of the terminator?

I was thinking making it more difficult for them to be removed from the vehicle if they don't want to be.

I was thinking making it more difficult for them to be removed from the vehicle if they don't want to be. I'm not sure if tag along enemy characters are a mechanic for vehicles. Maybe something more like "If the Vehicle enters a new Location the enemy Main Character Moves with it at the same time for no Movement Point cost and or may Attack the occupants of Vehicles ignoring Hull at -x to Hit and or Damage"?

That why I was wondering what/if there were rules for Outside Ride. If there are, I'd like to make this Implant work with them. If not. . . well, the Implant would be a way to do it, but it's common enough I'd be hesitant for this card to be the only thing that allows it.

Hey, sorry, I've been away for a few weeks. There is no inherent rule for an "outside ride", but there is a T-1000 Morph for the hooks: imgbox.com/WiCaYJfMThis isn't quite what you describe, since it is used as a way to force-enter a driven vehicle rather than to tag along.
