Maybe I missed it, but are you changing the HK resource rule that keeps them from entering Interior and Cross Locations, are do you just want them interacting with them at Long-Range (with their built-in attacks)?
Also, that Special Ops Unit is a nice boost for Future games, where you can get the most out of it's MP-scoring ability.

That rule isn't changing. You described the exact dynamic.
Yeah, the goal with the Spec Ops termy was to be strong in Future War, but still viable in Past.

Oof. The Anti-Fortification term makes some HK's look like chumps. He's going to absolutely slaughter any human that is unlucky enough to get hit, too. Definitely like him.

This is the last big mechanic: Priority Missions. Rules: 1: Priority Missions are not affect by cards targeting Missions. IE they cannot be Counterintelligenced or Mission Debriefed. 2: Priority Missions are Past scenarios only, and inherently faction restricted. See the Priority Mission subtype for the restriction (like you would with a character). 3: Each Priority Mission card represents a Stage in the Priority Mission Chain. Each Chain has a title on the left hand side of the card, with a stage. 4: You may generally skip stages, but cannot go back to finish an earlier Stage. 5: You may only play 1 Chain per deck. 6: Priority Missions may ONLY be included in your Reserves (which means they are all effectively Unique, as you can only have 1 copy of any Mission or Priority Mission in your Reserves.) They count as Missions for the Reserves Mission limit of 8 Missions. Some design notes - each chain is 3 stages. There are 4 chains - 2 Resistance, 2 Skynet. The example Missions here seem simple, but Priority Missions are tied much more closely to particular cards - the wording of Sarah Connor, John Connor, and Salceda Ranch matter for completing these Missions. IE - Protecting at Salceda Ranch has an additional requirement compared to Police Station, John Connor can't be found unless someone does their homework first, and Sarah requires breaking her out of Pescadero. Oh, which makes me realize these versions are missing the stipulation that it be Sarah Connor, Institutionalized specifically. Will fix. I'll be doing a full final version upload after the set is done, there are other fixes to be made throughout.

No special rules for Cyborg. Just a new race resource.

Really like all these. I only have two suggestions:
1) The art for the Advanced Infiltrator leads me to believe it's based on the model from T3. If that were the case, the serial number should read "T-850 CRSM-101" since that model was constructed in the new timeline where Cyber Research Systems developed Skynet. Also, the T-850s were designed with limited protection against plasma attacks if you wanted to incorporate that into it's abilities somehow. Unless, the Advanced Infiltrator for this set is a "what if"original design.
2) General John Connor should be restricted to Future scenarios. Just from a story/flavor standpoint it makes sense.
As a side note, will you be adding flavor text to some of these events? I'd love to see One More Chip... have "...and, it must be destroyed also."

Yeah, the Advanced is a T3 850. I have no intention of ever properly T3 to the game, but it adds variety to the Infiltrators. I guess in some sense it is more of a homage to T3 than actually a T3 850. The 850s and 888s are both plasma resistant, but to add more flavor to the 888s I gave 888s the plasma damage reduction effect. if set 3 happens, it will be the Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Connor was always intended to be Future only - at the time this version was uploaded I was considering it scenario specific - and the Termination past scenario would have no John added as a rule. It was originally going to have a T-600 style Future restriction. The current version of both John and the T-600 explicitly state Future only in their text now, and the fixes will be uploaded when the full set is complete.
No plans for flavor text - its easy for some things, like the example you mentioned, but gets tedious to do it for everything, so I've opted to not include flavor text in any of my sets now.
Basically, my Terminator head "cannon" (loosely) is T1, T2, T23d (in terms of lore, not story), TSCC, and the Stirling T2 novel trilogy. Maybe some comics. Probably Dark Fate (I've seen it, but I haven't fully decided how I feel about it - probably makes the cut for me, but I have issues). If I do more sets in the future, expect content from that stuff, with cherry picking from the other movies - particularly some T3 machine designs like the Drones and T1s that I don't mind as much and some more mining of the Genisys future scenes.
