Jeeze, sorry for being away for so long. Work is really eating up all my time lately, but I wanted to come on real quick to see what was up.
As for outdoor locations in Cityscape, nothing was ever really planned other than talks regarding how they would need to be figured out at some point. I think when we did Terminator many of us had it in mind to do them how they would have been done in Cityscape, so they worked pretty well.
In fact, I've said many times, the Sewer location in that game I designed specifically with moving Aliens around a city in. Now that we know some details about the new AvP movie, it sounds like the directors have the same sense of taste!
As for rules questions, go ahead and ask. I suprisingly remember most of the old rulings well enough to answer those.

i got a question for you. i have hived airlock - waste tank 5 - genetics lab - Heat exchanger - access Space - hived airlock in play. heat exchanger explodes. (one of the airlocks was played as a starting location)
what happens to the 2 airlocks. do i have 2 strings of locations now? do they merge? Do they remain exactly 4 locations apart?
I honestly think this came up before, but i'm not sure.
also, if a ransack is played on heat exchanger, and heat exchanger is in the process of exploding, while canceling the ransack stop the exchanger from exploding?

First question: The two location strings would be pushed together, creating a single string, so you have 2 Hived Airlocks adjacent. As for Ransack, I'd need to see the exact text, but I'm pretty sure the Exchanger still goes kaboom.

I think I saw someone else answer it in another thread, but I'll take a swing at it. What was the text on these two cards again? I don't remember what exactly they said. I'll remember when I see how they were written again. I don't think Counter works on it, but I can't remember for sure.

A un-rotated maraine character can't heal (medkit) another character during the combat phase?? So you can only use the medkit out of combat phase??

in contact...i forget how many locations/ supporting charcaters must be in your deck?? i forget is it like 4 locations 1 must be operations. and like 6 supporting???

6 locations is the minimum but 4 of them must be different: 4 supporting and 3 of them must be different.
Medkit may be used as soon as all damage is applied .

Me and some buds getting back into it...Got Various questions.
Can a predator have as much items/equipment/weapons on them as they like. ??(Respecting all the rules) I mean is there a game rule that a pred. can't have double the Honor vaule of himself < the number of items?? maybe over burdened?? If not we def. should make a card. My buddy is a Packrat Predator player. got 5 weapons/4 heal kits/2 armors/3 other items..haha
Combat round question... rouge player during Combat round declares with one guy on Pred guy. Pred declares 2x with same weapon on same guy (W.U Hicks). Rouge rolls...HIT! uses event in response to confirmed hit Strong arm tactic...randomly chooses GETS weapon Pred had declared his attack with..other rouge present exhausts to take item dropped. Does attack from Pred go Off, as though he had weapon still???
does quick escape take all hosties that were with the rouge players??
automated return system overrides original text on Pred disks??/ if they miss they drop??
Terminator resistance players...do they get to use military arms??

There is no rule against having to many items, i personally feel such a strat can be rather risky. Much rather get my key items fast rather than have to sift through a bunch of chaff for them. I usually play no more than 6 or so.
Based on the timing, and the wording on String Arm Tactic, I'd say the attack is canceled. Much as if you had played a malfunction or plasma overcharge.
With Quick Escape, from what I think your saying, it would only be an issue with 2 rogue players, which the rules don't technically support. On the flip-side, I believe you can force Rogues to move by using your own Quick Escape on them.
Throwing Disk with an ARS is not dropped from attacking.
Resistance can use Military Arms.
