I was reviewing some particular rules and stumbled across a rule I had forgotten about at some point: For Events, the Human restriction is considered a faction restriction not a targeting restriction. IE any card with the "Human" restriction is actually "Corporate, Marine, or Rogue player only".
This doesn't have much of an effect on my sets - earlier sets seem to use this rule and it doesn't have a meaningful effect on gameplay for positive effects targeting Human characters. Reviewing every Event I ever made, there are only 2 cards this effects, both from Bug Hunt, thusly: errata.
Bug Hunt Errata:
Bad Dreams loses the Human restriction. (This was intended to highlight that it targets a Human, not to restrict the card to the human factions.)
External Surveillance gains the Main Character restriction. (As this card reads now, it is only usable by human players - not a functional change to rules - but doesn't require a character at the computers location. This is not intended. Adding main Character puts this card in line with Resurrection cards like Clear Us a Path.)
