I'm going to be starting a new AvP set, with a twist: This set will be connected to a modded Rimworld AvP modpack playthrough on my youtube channel. Each card will be based on events that unfold in the series, with each episode having a card dedicated to it, with the possibility of bonus cards for noteworthy episodes.
The storyline: The colony ship USCSS Asteria, assumed lost in space, might have been found. A stray signal was picked up in a nearby system, and the USCM Conestoga class ship the USS Otago has been dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival in the system, the ship synthetic went haywire and sabotaged the Otago. Only 1 section of marines were able to escape on a damaged dropship, and are now marooned on the hell-world Sheol, the hostile planet colonized by the Asteria. The colony has regressed to a primitive level... and other alien threats are present on Sheol as well. The 9 remaining marines must survive this backwords world with only the equipment salvaged from the dropship and find a way off Sheol if possible. Perhaps that signal holds the answer...
Episodes start tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Rimworld is a colony simulator strategy game in the vein of Dwarf Fortress. Random shit happens while you build up a colony and try to escape the planet. My channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCF_ZQvykZNReL0ys4J7uBEAThe overview video for the modpack and scenario is uploaded, its sort of an episode zero with no actual gameplay - however, it does get a card to represent the scenario!

In the prelude episode, when you were assigning traits, why not adjust the ages since the majority were in the 40s?

Defiled is the Neomorph version of the Infected resource. It functions the same, except the character bursts into a Blood Burster (coming soon) Supporting Character from outside the game.
Any card referring to a "burst" roll of unspecified type affects both Infected burst rolls and Defiled burst rolls.

Wall of Flame is a bit of a strange one. Originally, it was going to be infinite strength, but that was a pointless distinction. The concept for the card was pretty clear, given that a literal wall of fire was the only thing that saved the Rimworld playthrough, and it HAD to be a card.
Notes: -Duration 2: Means it stops movement for 1 turn, effectively. Played during combat, next turn goes to Duration 1 and stops next turns movement, then is discarded during the ready round after that when Duration reaches 0. This is effectively a variation on Not That Way or The Area is Secured with different requirements. -Yes, you can technically Run a Bypass on a Wall of Fire. Shrug. -It being a movement stopping Barrier rather than an Event opens up some interesting counter play. It also doesn't block access to a location, rather travel between 2 locations, which is an interesting variation on The Area is Secured.
