Feel free to test out this T-1000 cardpool, I'll be running some tests with it in about a month.
This is intended to be part of an eventual Judgment Day set, that would re-balance the game a bit - SkyNet is really bad in Premiere - so this should be pushing the envelope for Past scenarios.
This also uses the Reserves changes described in the recent Mission/Production threads, a summary of Reserves as they stand now:
Reserves are a (up to) 15 card sidedeck that is not shuffled.
Cards in Reserves count as part of your deck when checking for Uniqueness and copy restrictions (IE 3 copies of a card between draw deck and Reserves).
Your Reserves may only include up to 7 Missions in Past scenarios, or 8 Missions in Future scenarios.
Only one copy of each Mission may be in your Reserves (this rule is suspended until there are more Missions, go with only 2 copies in Reserves).
Missions may be played from the Reserves at any time, as if they were in your hand.
In Future scenarios, SkyNet may spend production to play SkyNet Items or SkyNet MCs from the Reserves.
In Future scenarios, Resistance may search for Weaponry items from the Reserves.
Whenever a Resistance player would place into play a Resistance Private from anywhere, it may come from the Reserves.
Other cards may interact with Reserves.
Cards from the Reserves that leave play return to the Reserves, unless removed from play entirely.
That should be everything.
So, this take on the T-1000 makes it extremely hard to kill by conventional means, and captures the versatility of the shapeshifter with Morph cards in the Reserves. However, the T-1000 can be suppressed by damage, allowing the Resistance to escape, and perhaps push for a Mission or Protection victory in the mean time. The T-1000 is also highly vulnerable to Environmental Damage, being entirely unable to heal Environmental Damage in any way. Also, don't forget that the T-1000 starts two turns late due to its high Production cost, but the Morphs make it dangerous right out the gate.
There is at least one other card coming soon, for the Resistance.
These cards are quite subject to change. The T-1000 is a crucial benchmark for the balance of JDay.
