Do any of the sets have card orders? Or are they just alphabetic?

Alphabetical as far as I know; all the spoilers are just alphabetical.

And how can we tell their rarity?

Well, for example, on this spoiler, each card says what rarity it is. There are spoilers for every expansion, just click on the, then hit spoiler: accessspace.110mb.com/apccg.htmlIf you want to view only a certain type of rarity, then just search for the name of the rarity you want, scroll through them.

well, it was 1997. four years since magic: the gathering came out.
M:TG added rarities and card numbers to their cards in June 1998.
And it is undeniable that M:TG really is the trend setter for CCGs.
