Well, the Needle Rifle is, like a lot of the things in Pandemic, my own creation. As far as I know, there hasn't been a weapon like what I imagine it as in any Predator media. So i had to improvise the card image. It was pretty much the only pic I had in my extensive archives of a hand-held Pred gun.
A lot of the images for Pandemic are random like that. Enigma is just a pred-hybrid concept art, but the actual card has nothing to do with Predator Hybrids. The Comms Center is a Half-Life 2 screenshot I took. A few cards I found by googling, like Swimming Pool and Rock Slide.
Without being able to make images, I'm forced down this path. And it will only get worse as I exhaust other possibilities.

The restrictions on the objectives are screwed up. They need to be streamlined. Objectives made at different times follow different nomenclatures. I'm thinking they should all be restricted based on the factions being played. (EX: Hived Aliens Player, Marine Player OR Rogue Player.) Restore Power probably changed to "Cannot be played by an Aliens Player".
Working on a scenario for Pandemic. Thinking about the scenario being done with a series of tasks the Marines must do to win, last of which is set a timer on a self-destruct and evacuate. Self Destruction happening before the Marines escape is a draw game. Marines will have to evacuate the survivors barricaded in the Town Hall, for sure.
Aliens and Predators cannot lose the scenario by being killed, more aliens appear from the Breeding Chamber and the battle continues. Aliens will have to secure their hive, fulfilling a few prerequisites to win, like Hiving a certain number of locations, disabling the self destruct, and breeding royal guards.
Predators will start with a low-honor predator that must fulfill certain objectives, i'm thinking. As it gains honor from kills, it can upgrade to a higher honor predator, or bring new lower Honor preds into play. If all Predators die, play a new Young Tusk or something at the Ship.
My idea for Rogues is a point based win condition, based around collecting samples, witnesses, and data regarding the infestation and fall of the planet. I'm thinking a solo Rogue, with extra game play bonuses to make him extremely hard to catch and kill.
Might do preset location layouts, with all locations starting in play.
Thinking Town Hall starts with a Barrier rating to break in, and the Aliens/Pred players can break in before the Rines, making it impossible for the Marines to finish their tasks and win. Marines can then, only force a draw.
There will be a way to cancel the self-destruct timer, in case Marines can't reach the evac, possibly also for the Rogue. The Marines might have to take down the Rogue first.
I might make this with the full intent of it being a 4 player only scenario. maybe not.
I like the idea that Stowaway can be used if an Alien player has an Alien near the Evac point to get "2nd place", in the event of a marine player setting self destruct and winning. This would leave Rogue/Predator tied at 3rd. Not really relevant to gameplay, but relevant to competitiveness of players. Maybe the Alien gets to attack the escaping Marines, and can secure a win by killing all the Marines on the escaping ship, and pull off a win regardless of the self destruct in the colony.
Just ideas.

Pandemic Scenario
I still need to work out most of the location stuff, but heres a first draft, untested, of the scenario rules.
The Halia colony has been compromised by an Alien infestation. Marines must infiltrate the colony, to rescue survivors and set off a self destruct device to destroy the infestation. A Rogue agent working for an unknown force is at work on the planet, gathering intelligence. Predators are also present, for a multitude of reasons. Halia may prove to be a useful planet for the Predators after the humans leave it.
This scenario is designed for multiplayer. The first player to finish all 3 of their victory conditions wins. Only the Human players may be eliminated by having all their Main Characters killed, Predator and Alien players will be able to play new characters when their characters are killed.
The Self-Destruct Sequence Marines may rotate at Atmosphere Processor to trigger the Self-Destruct Sequence. Once started, begin to note how many turns pass. (The turn it is activated is Turn 1.) At the end of Turn 5, it detonates, destroying all locations and characters in play, resulting in a draw if no player has won the game yet. A Marine player can rotate at the Atmosphere Processor to cancel the sequence if it is turn 3 of the countdown or earlier. Starting with turn 4, the Processor has gone critical and the imminent explosion cannot be stopped.
Power Glitch All Indoor locations gain Dark, until a Restore Power is successfully played by any player.

Win Conditions: 1: Rescue the Survivors: Marines must evacuate 4 supporting characters at their starting location. 2: Initiate Self Destruct: Marines must activate the self-destruct sequence at Atmosphere Processor. 3: Leave No Man Behind: All surviving Marines must be evacuated.

Rogue: Starting Cards: Start with any 1 Rogue, along with any 1 Prohibited item, a Garrison Pack, a Chemical Base, a Medikit and any Data Drive, all at Docking Bay. Hand Size 5, 3 Combat Pool.
Special Rules: Rotate your Rogue to move to an adjacent location at any time. Your Rogue may use Hidden Movement at any time, with 1 real marker and 2 decoys. You may pay 3 CP to switch the location of any 2 of your hidden markers. You may Rotate your unhidden Rogue at Atmosphere Processor to subtract 1 from the turn timer for the Self Destruct. You may not have Prohibited or Predator items in your draw deck. You may not have any Supporting or Main Characters with Rogue in your draw deck. You may search your deck for Ambushed Predator at any location you could normally search for it at. Rotate the Rogue during combat to take any Supporting Character at the same location controlled by Marines as a Hostage.
Win Conditions: 1: Secure a Specimen: Evacuate the Ambushed Predator or any Infected Hostage at your starting location. 2: Collect Intel: Gain 3 data tokens on your Data Drive and download the data at your starting location. (Or gain control of any Predator Item and evacuate the item.) 3: Interrogate Hostage: Rotate during the Search round with a Human Hostage while the Rogue is the only main character at his location. Discard the Hostage.

Aliens: Starting Characters: Queen, 3 Alien Warriors, 3 Face Huggers at Breeding Chamber.
Special Rules: Supporting Characters you add the Infected resource to with your Face Huggers automatically fail their Infected rolls and burst. Your Face Huggers may enter non-Hive locations. When you have no Main Characters in play, search your draw deck, discard pile, hand, side-board or removed from the game pile for 3 Face Huggers, and put them into play at Breeding Chamber. Face Huggers may not mature into Tokens or form Groups. Pay 1 CP and rotate your Queen to place a Royal Jelly, Royal Guard, or a Recessive Guard, into your hand from your draw deck. Guard characters do not have to declare attacks on enemy characters at their location. Ready Guard character cards are +2 defense. Predator Hybrids may not move during the draw round.
Win Conditions: 1: Guard the Queen: You must have 3 Guard alien characters at your Queen’s location. 2: Matured Hive: You must have in play any 3 of the following in any combination: Genetic Experiments, Resin Barriers, Resin Wall, or any Molted non-Guard Aliens. 3: Expand: Hive 8 locations.

Predator: Starting Cards: Any Predator worth up to 9 Honor, and up to 9 Honor worth of Predator Items. All begin at Predator Ship. Maximum of 4 items. In addition, you begin the game with a Self-Destruct. Place a Predator Hybrid at (location undecided). The Hybrid is controlled by the aliens player, or remains uncontrolled if there is no aliens player. If it is uncontrolled, it declares an attack on a random character at its location each turn, but doesn’t move.
Special Rules: Honor is tallied like normal, but is used to buy upgrades instead of as a win condition. Items and cards that reduce Honor requirement have no effect in this scenario. Once per turn, before the ready round, you may upgrade your Predator to any new Predator Main Character from outside the game you like, by spending Honor equal to the difference between the new Predator’s Honor compared to your current Predator. (Downgrading does not return honor, but you can downgrade if you want, but it still counts as “upgrading”.) You may not search for items normally, you must pay Honor equal to the Honor cost of the item, and then rotate and search your deck for the item, and play it. When your Predator is killed, Self-Destruct is activated, like normal, but only affects the location the Predator is currently at. You do not lose the game. After the Self-Destruct triggers, place a Young Tusk into play at Predator Ship, with a Hunting Kit, as well as the self-destruct used by the previous Predator. The Young Tusk and the Hunting Kit may be played from any where, even outside the game. You may only declare attacks on Predator Hybrids if you are at the same location as the Hybrid.
Win Conditions: 1: As the Elders Command: Complete 4 Objective cards. 2: Blooded Warrior: Have a Predator and items worth a total of 26 Honor in play. 3: Purge: Kill all Predator Hybrids in play.

The idea being, that Marines get to set the duration of the game based on when they start the timer, which gives them the most power to pressure other factions, or even be a dick and draw tje game on purpose. It should be hard to wipe out the Alien hive, as long as the Aliens hold back some guys on defense, but their win conditions should take longer, so they will need to commit some forces to offense to at least slow down the other factions. A trip to the center of the hive may be necessary though if they get to close to winning. Rogues should have nearly unstoppable free reign, movement wise, of the battlefield, but it only takes 1 mistake to lose the game for them. Predators kind of fall into the middle ground. They may get a decent spot to start at if the first one dies, but its a set-back that is hard to win from.
I wanted a scenario that was less about wiping one side out and more about secondary objectives.
I think this will be a bitch to balance, though.
