Do any of you here own or play any of the other licensed Aliens, Predator or AvP games?
Any of the video games from any era, console, etc., and as well as any licensed board games like the AvP HorrorClix miniatures game, or the Aliens RPG board game from.... I think it was Leading Edge Games.
Got any favorites?
I own (and played) almost every AvP titled game out there with Only exceptions to the following:
unfinished Atari Lynx Prototype AvP Cart
the latest AvP game that came out last February on the the PC and as well as 2 of the current gen consoles (Xbox 360 and PS3).
and the Horrorclix Miniatures stuff, because I was more interested and focused on AvP CCG due to the fact it has compatibility with Terminator content, although I don't know if a Terminator Horrorclix/HeroClix miniatures ever existed or not. But, if it Does Exist and that It IS compatible with AvP, then I'd be more than interested enough to look into it.

I play the AvP xbox game. I was just going to ask if anyone on this list plays. My gamertag is DethBob if you want to get together.
I used to play the PC versions of AvP--there are two. I still have them both and occasionally put them back on my clunky PC and play. The first one came with an excellent bonus sountrack disc that I use all the time for mood music.
I would love to get my hands on the old Aliens RPG or boardgame or the Horroclix figures. I'd gladly trade some good AvP cards for those.
Xbox is coming out with a Aliens vs. Marines game soon. Can't wait.

Actually that would be 3 PC versions of the game, the 1999/2000 one (AvP Gold Edition which had been re-released on Steam as AvP Classic 2000), AvP 2 and the newer multi-platform one that came out in 2010 which is also available on Steam. Rebellion developed the first and latest one, while Monolith was involved with the 2nd AvP which came out around Fall of 2001. Xbox is coming out with a Aliens vs. Marines game soon. Can't wait. And I'm aware and also anticipating the release of Aliens Colonial Marines. I would love to get my hands on the old Aliens RPG or boardgame or the Horroclix figures. I'd gladly trade some good AvP cards for those. Got any promos for AvP or Terminator that you plan to trade?

I have the full set of horrorclix, the old-school AvP1 and AvP 2, the new AvP (PC), AvP: Extinction (the RTS), Predator: Concrete Jungle, Alien Trilogy, I also have roms of Alien 3 and the old AvP arcade game. I don't really play any of these that often though, having already beaten most of these games.

I don't really play any of these that often though, having already beaten most of these games. Me too, beaten them way too many times ;D Almost memorized almost all of their maps and layouts by heart, since most of them are fairly short at about a dozen levels or a little over a dozen levels on average. Well except for Alien Trilogy, although I own the PS1 and DOS PC versions, never really got around to remembering all of the maps layouts, and boy that game was really long. Think it was 34 Maps or something but I do know a fan site out there dedicated to it that has almost all of the details. Speaking of AvP Extinction, I do own the PS2 version, but never really got back to it since I was more focused on AvP 1 and 2. And I do own and have completed Concrete Jungle and found it to be more interesting than Extinction because I loved how you could upgrade the Pred's attributes and equipment and it was just easier to get used to the controls. And the funny thing was that there were like 2 maps/stages in that game where xenomorphs would appear, and there was an endless amount of them. So you have to complete those stages' objectives or you would die. AvP arcade game is my personal favorite of them all due to it being a dedicated co-op game, and it's same for all the arcade Alien games since they all fully supported Co-Op gameplay such as the Aliens one made by Konami, and then there was another one made by Global VR, and of course the Alien 3 one made by Sega. If I had the money and physical space I really would love to own a full sized 3 Players cabinet of the arcade avp game , but instead I could only own a SuperGun and the Arcade board because it was still affordable . I think the last time an Alien game was ever fully co-op focused was Aliens Online from Kesmai, it's almost like a MMOFPS/RPG hybrid. And of course the upcoming Aliens Colonial Marines game is co-op oriented and focused ;D so that is something I am looking forward to.

Has anyone ever played the Aliens: This Time it's War game listed on boardgamegeek? I heard of it, it's a fan made card game. I heard it's really inexpensive, and you can get them here: www.artscow.com/user/mark-chaplin-589266I think he released a total of 3 sets. Since it's not a "collectible" game it's something that works like right out of the box, which I think is great for those on a budget and not willing to spend much but want to experience an Aliens game in card form. The guy who made that game also published card games for The Thing and Jaws. Also I heard his system for this card game will be published under a different theme called Revolver or something and because of that these Aliens sets would eventually be removed shortly. Think he said Revolver will be out sometime this November. So if anyone wants to give Aliens: This Time it's War fan made card game a try now is the time to get ordering ASAP!! Otherwise, I suppose someone could just download all of the files over at BoardGame geek (image scans of the card, rules, etc.,..) and then try and implement a virtualization of it, such as a plugin for use with LackeyCCG.

I own all three AvP sets for Horrorclix (Alien set, Predator set, and the Alien Queen set). They are a blast to play with. Especially when you take into effect that if you own all three sets, you have three different maps to play on, one of which is the pyramid map where rules in the game are set up to have rotating walls that could injure or even kill your monster team! And the alien queen is one awesome b*tch to play with! She is really hard to defeat, especially since she can lay eggs and constantly spawn chestbursters. I HIGHLY recommend them as they are a blast to play!!! And, it can be a real treat to create a team on one of the regular outdoor Horrorclix maps, and include either some of the aliens or some of the Predators on your team. I ran a team recently consisting of nothing but Velociraptors and Aliens! Quick bastards and really run team to use!! The sets can be really expensive though. Most regular Horrorclix figures, the Freddy vs Jason set, and the Hellboy set are pretty damn cheap. But the AvP sets can run for $75 or more each on eBay! I happen to have an extra Predator set, and an extra Alien queen set for sale or trade if anyone is interested!

I own all the PC games. I would say AvP2 with the Primal Hunt expansion is probably my favorite. That was a super long game if you played through it as each different species. Deffinitely got a lot of bang for your buck. I'm looking forward to Colonial Marines.
I also have Alien Trilogy and Alien Resurection for PS1. Alien Trilogy was totally awesome. It took me a while to play because I'm not good using a controller in FPS games. I'd like to play it on PC but it's problematic on modern computers.
I also have a few rarities. I have Alien for Atari 2600. It's basically Pac-Man. I do also own a copy of the board game. I don't remember it being that good. I'll have to break it out again.
