Just saw a Cpl Hicks on Ebay for a very nice Buy in Now price ($10). Just thought I'd keep people in the know.

I saw that too, all in all not a bad deal. I've had terrible luck with Ebay so far since getting back into AvP CCG. For about the past month, I've been outbid on about a dozen AvP CCG auctions within the last few minutes. However, there was a nice random little auction I found for a set of unopened starters for each of the three factions, which I surprisingly won for the very reasonable price of $25. Of course, the seller goes missing and never claims payment and a few weeks later starts getting a bunch of negative feedback for never taking payment and sending anyone their won items, so after all my work on Ebay I've turned up nothing to show for it, haha.

Just to follow-up, whoever keeps outbidding me in the last minute of every AVP CCG aution I'm interested in - curse you! hahaha Seems to always be one of the same two people. I officially give up, the AvP CCG of ebay is all yours. I can't keep having my hopes crushed

There are folks out there that are rabid about these cards There is another Hicks, this time with a Marine starter for a reasonable price. The other Hicks for around $40 is still up for auction and has been all summer. When will they get the hint and lower the price? I've seen at least three Hicks that have sold for $20 or less in the past month or so. Very glad to get mine for the price I did

So if there are anything that I may compete for it's likely for Terminator and some resurrection promos, since I lack 1 or 2 extra copies of those and they are the hardest of the hardest to get hold of .

Yea, I haven't been going after the Hickses..es. I had one and sold my extra one along with an Ash for what I felt was (hopefully) a pretty fair price I have no desire to get a complete set or to get more cards than I'd potentially use in my immediate decks, and I've happily traded off my only copies of some Rares and Promos to people who seemed pretty interesting in having them because I knew I wasn't likely to actually use them in any of my decks. I've just been trying to go after some random card lots and starter sets just to get some more basic cards to play around with and get some deck flexibility. My group and I are pretty locked-in to playing the same four decks for the forseeable future, which isn't a bad thing given the boardgame nature of the game, but I'd like to try to get a little sideboard for each deck to add for some strategic customizing or tweaking at a player's discretion. If only I could build a Skynet-esque time machine to go back in time to my decade-younger self and tell him to not get rid of that near complete set of Premiere and Resurrection he used to own, hahah.

LOL, well there's always the inexpensive solution of using LackeyCCG program, once you have that nailed down on how to get it installed and setup to work locally then you can get a couple of local games going. Online works too but due to our various schedules and time zones in the places we live it's not gonna be easy. The best part is everyone will get equal access to all cards in the game and they can build and save as many deck profiles as they like. Plus it will saves a lot of physical space, since this game's location system and keeping track of many things via tokens, etc.,... can be more conveniently done in digital form. Although I would suggest to stick with cards from Premiere and Resurrection and maybe Terminator because those were the only official cards that were published, and had official scenarios outlined specifically for them. But, if you want to play the PlanetFall scenario you are gonna have to use LackeyCCG, that is unless you don't mind printing many custom made proxies of cards from the Atmosphere set and run the bill up on printer ink.
