Can you still buy cards from Decipher's website for this game? I signed up, and was immediately interested in the 1st release (the one with Jason Vorhees!), in the store, but can't find the actual link to buy them and checkout! Please let me know if anyone knows anything.
Nevermind! Got two of the 1st set on the way!!

To me, this game will be worth playing just because it has the Friday the 13th license! So Axlotl... After playing the game for quite awhile, is it really worth investing and playing? How's the "fun" factor? I know that no more sets may come out, but I'll still sink money into it if it's fun and got a decent level of strategy with it!

I find it pretty fun, but a bit more abstract than I'd prefer. The 1st set is a bit simple, since its a starter, but I'd recommend playing the game a bit before investing more, you could try and add proxies from the later sets to get a real feel for it. I think set 3 is the best one. Its got a decent bit of strategy, more so with all 3 sets involved and a larger card pool. Set 1 alone basically consists of taking the best cards and calling that a deck. The game was just expanding to the point where more obvious archetypes where starting to appear, much like Aliens/Predator, it would have really benefited from another expansion.
The game isn't officially dead, but I'd be extremely surprise if we ever see set 4. As far as I'm concerned, its dead.
